WILLIAMSBURG, Ky. – After falling at Freed-Hardeman in a five set match Thursday, the Bethel Lady Wildcats made the long trip overnight to Williamsburg, Kentucky to battle the University of the University of the Cumberlands Friday night.
The trip did not hamper the Cats whatsoever as they beat the Patriots in three straight sets, 25-18, 25-21 and 25-21.
Katelyn Van Hooser had 11 assists in the match. Lindsey Christianson had 15 digs. Brianna Monk and Maggie Brooks followed with 10 digs each. Addison Coulter had five blocks.
Bethel moved to 4-7 and 3-5 in the MSC. UC dropped to 3-8 and 2-5.
