Hudl Fan Streaming Help and Refunds
If you experience problems viewing a Bethel Athletics livestream through Hudl Fan, please contact Hudl Fan Support directly.
To request a refund:
- Visit fan.hudl.com and sign in using the account that purchased the livestream.
- Click your name or account icon.
- Select Livestream Purchases.
- Find the appropriate purchase and click View.
- Select Request Refund and follow the instructions.
You can also visit the Hudl Fan Support Center for assistance with purchases, subscriptions, account access and streaming problems.
When contacting support, please include the email address used for the purchase, the event you attempted to watch, the date of the event and a brief description of the problem. Refund requests and technical issues must be handled directly through Hudl; Bethel University Athletics cannot process Hudl Fan refunds.
