MCKENZIE, Tenn. – The Bethel Volleyball squad won their third straight match with a victory over visiting Williams Baptist Tuesday night in Crisp Arena. The Lady Cats won 25-11, 25-15 and 25-13.
Bethel improved to 7-8 while the Eagles dropped to 2-12 on the season. It was William Baptist's eight straight loss. Bethel is 4-1 at home after the win and moved to 8-4 in the all-time series between the two programs.
Hannah McGowan was solid as always with 15 kills and 15 digs. Katelyn Van Hooser led the Cats in assists with 22 on the night. Maggie Brooks followed with 15 assists. Madison Ralph had 18 digs while Arielly de Souza was welcomed back to the line-up and contributed with 13 digs.
Bethel resumes play this weekend in two SSAC road showdowns. They play at Martin Methodist Friday and then meet Faulkner in Montgomery Saturday.
