MCKENZIE, Tenn. – The No. 10 Bethel Wildcats outshot the (RV) Pilots of LSU-Shreveport Saturday night but in the end could not covert that advantage into a victory in a match which ended in a scoreless tie.
Bethel had a 25-7 advantage in shots and a 7-3 margin in shots on goal.
It was a physical match that saw the teams combine for 34 fouls. Bethel had 20 while LSUS finished with 14.
Bethel ended the night at 6-0-1. LSUS is 3-1-2 on the season.
Bethel returns to action Tuesday night hosting Cumberland University at 7 p.m.
