MCKENZIE, Tenn. – The Bethel Volley Cats won their second straight match defeating Williams Baptist Saturday 3-0. Bethel moved to 2-0 while Williams Baptist fell to 0-1.
Bethel won 25-22, 25-12 and 25-12.
Jessyca Watson led Bethel with 11 kills and six digs. Hannah McGowan followed with 10 kills. Katelyn Van Hooser had a big day with 26 assists. Brooke Burress contributed with 14 assists. Rachael Gunn had seven digs.
Bethel took a 6-4 advantage in the series and has won the last four match-ups between the programs.
