MCKENZIE, Tenn. –Bethel dropped a 3-0 decision to visiting William Carey Friday night at Crisp Arena.

The Crusaders won 25-15, 25-20 and 25-22.

Katelyn Van Hooser led Bethel with 16 assists. Brooke Burress had 12 dimes on the night. Giulia Zilotti contributed with 14 digs while Jessyca Watson had eight kills.

Bethel fell to 7-9 overall and 3-2 in SSAC play. WCU moved to 10-6 and 2-3 on the year.

Bethel plays host to Loyola University Saturday at 1 p.m.
