MCKENZIE, Tenn. – The Bethel Wildcats dropped their home match to the visiting Patriots of the University of the Cumberlands Sunday afternoon in Crisp Arena.
Bethel fell 3-0, losing 22-25, 19-25 and 16-25.
Bethel's Nayeli Vilchez had a strong effort with 17 digs and 13 assists. Brookelyn Davis contributed with 13 assists while Hannah McGowan finished with 11 kills.
Bethel dropped to 7-4 and 1-3 in the Mid-Conference. UC improved to 11-5 and 4-2.
Bethel returns to action Wednesday with a road match at Cumberland University. Action begins at 7 p.m.
