MCKENZIE, Tenn. – The Bethel Lady Wildcats moved to 4-7 on the season with a 3-0 win over the visiting Asbury Eagles Tuesday night in Crisp Arena. Asbury fell to 2-5 on the year. The win snapped a four game Asbury winning streak in the series.
Bethel won 25-21, 27-25 and 25-22. The Lady Cats have won four of their last six matches.
Hannah McGowan had 11 kills and 11 digs in the victory. Katelyn Van Hooser had 15 assists while Maggie Brooks had 12 dimes in the match. Madison Ralph contributed with 15 digs.
The Lady Wildcats travel to Henderson Thursday to meet the Freed-Hardeman Lions at 7 p.m. FHU leads the series 16-15.
