LIMA, OH –The Bethel Wildcats saw their season come to an end Saturday afternoon losing in the NAIA Division I Men's National Soccer Championship in Lima, Ohio. The Cats lost 1-0 to Northwestern Ohio. It was Bethel's eight appearance in the championship and first since 2015.

A first period goal by UNO's Walid Zniber was the only score of the match. UNO outshot Bethel 7-5 and had a 3-1 margin in shots on goal.

Bethel finished 14-5-2 on the year. UNO is 12-3-6 and advances to the Sweet 16.
