MCKENZIE, Tenn. – The Bethel Volleyball squad dropped their first home match of the season Saturday afternoon falling to Faulkner 3-1. The Eagles prevailed winning 25-21, 25-18, 22-25 and 25-23.
The Lady Cats fell to 9-4 overall and 3-2 in the SSAC. They are 6-1 at home on the year. Faulkner improved to 12-9 and 4-2.
Hannah McGowan led Bethel with 17 kills and three blocks. Giulia Zilotti had 28 digs and three aces. Brooke Burress and Katelyn Van Hooser each had 27 assists.
Bethel begins a five game road trip traveling to SSAC rival Martin Methodist Tuesday.
