MCKENZIE, Tenn. – With seniors being honored before the match the Bethel Volleyball team made the night even more special with a 3-0 win over visiting Brewton-Parker Friday night in Crisp Arena.
Bethel won 25-9, 25-14, 25-19.
Hannah McGowan led the Bethel attack with 14 kills. Brooke Burress had 16 assists while Katelyn Van Hooser had another typical strong effort with 10 assists in the victory. Giulia Zilotti contributed with 10 digs.
Bethel moved to 18-7 overall and 10 -5 in the SSAC. Bethel is 10 -2 at home on the season. BPU fell to 3-25 and 0-15 in league action.
Bethel has never lost to Brewton-Parker and holds an 11-0 advantage in the series. The victory marked the second of the season for Bethel over the Barons.
The Lady Wildcats close out their regular season Saturday hosting Middle Georgia State at p.m.
