WALNUT RIDGE, Ark. –The Bethel Lady Wildcat soccer squad moved to 8-4 on the season with a non-conference 13-1 lopsided win at Williams Baptist Tuesday afternoon. The Lady Eagles fell to 0-8-1.
Bethel led 7-1 after the first period and scored six unanswered goals in the second period.
Janine Dennis led Bethel with nine goals in the big win. Jodi Butler and Brittany Bray both scored two goals each. Danijela Kolaric and Elvira Martin had a goal each.
Bethel outshot the Eagles 37-4 and had a 25-2 advantage in shots on goal.
The Lady Wildcats host arch-rival Martin Methodist in SSAC action Saturday at 1:30 p.m.
