TEXARKANA, TX – The Bethel Wildcats had a dominating performance Friday night at Texas A & M Texarkana winning 3-0 over the home squad. The Cats had a 27-7 shots on goal advantage in the match.
Two first period goals by Mustapha Wadda (SO/Bracknell, England) gave the Wildcats a 2-0 lead after the first period. Kebba Demba (SR/Tyler, TX) scored a second period goal for the final outcome. Wadda was also credited with an assist in the season opener.
Marco Taaffe (JR/London, England) had three saves on the night enroute to his first shutout of the season.
