Soccer Cats Win Again

LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. – It was a NAIA Top 25 match-up in Lawrenceville, Georgia Saturday between the No.24 Bethel Wildcats and the No.17 Georgia Gwinnett Grizzlies.

The Cats scored four goals in the first period and then held on for a 4-2 victory.

Bethel's Souleymane Balde scored two goals, giving him four on the week.

William Agye Kusi and Horace Avila Jr. had the other scores.

Prince Badu, and Gregory Cousins were credited with assists.

Bethel had a 17-8 margin in shots and a 10-5 advantage

Diego Camargo had three saves for the Wildcats.

Bethel improved to 7-0-1 while GG dropped to 5-2-3.

The Wildcats are back I action Friday hosting Cumberland University at 7:30 p.m.
