Bio

Arthur E. Stenberg IV is an accomplished baseball coach with over two decades of experience in player development and team management. Most recently, serving as the Assistant Coach for Cameron University. Stenberg excels in creating effective pitching plans and recruiting top talent. 
 
Stenberg's coaching career includes notable roles as Manager of the Tupper Lake Riverpigs, where he led the team to a 20-6 record and the Regular Season Championship, and as Head Coach for the Niagara Power, guiding them to NYCBL Regular Season and Postseason Championships. His previous positions include coaching stints at IMG Academy, University of Tampa, New Market Rebels, and the Savannah Bananas, where he consistently demonstrated his ability to develop talent and achieve strong team results.
 
A former professional pitcher with the Pensacola Pelicans and a collegiate player at the University of Tampa, Stenberg brings a wide variety of practical experience to his coaching roles. His certifications in pitching techniques and data integration further enhance his strategic approach to coaching. Throughout his career, Stenberg has successfully mentored 32 players to the MLB draft and facilitated 5 free agent signings, highlighting his impact on player development.

 
Stenberg graduated from the University of Tampa with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science/Sports Management.
