Wildcats Fall in Regular Season Finale

MCKENZIE, Tenn.-The Bethel Wildcats dropped their regular season finale Tuesday, losing 12-7 at home to the Lane College Dragons.  

Lane scored four runs in the third and six runs in the fifth enroute to the five run victory. The Dragons out hit the Wildcats 15-10.

Garrett Taylor (3), Rivers Moffatt, Chase Hoover, and Matthew Reynolds (2) drove in runs for the Wildcats.

The Wildcats will enter postseason play next week in the MSC Tournament at 19-19.

Lane is 12- 28 on the year.

 Bethel leads the all-time series 6-1.  

The MSC tournament begins April 29 in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
