Mid-South Conference Baseball Honors Announced

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Cumberland's (Tenn.) Nolan Machibroda was voted Mid-South Conference Player of the Year while Freed-Hardeman's (Tenn.) Colton Huntt earned Pitcher of the Year honors and Cumberlands' (Ky.) Seth Benner garnered Freshman of the Year accolades, as announced Thursday by the league office.

Bethel's Marco Santa and Kendrick Osborne were named to the Honorable Mention squad.  

Nineteen players earned First Team All-Conference while 22 more were named to the conference's Second Team and 11 players garnered Honorable Mention accolades.

The player of the year, pitcher of the year, freshman of the year and all-conference selections are voted on by the coaches. Coaches were not allowed to vote for their own players.
