MCKENZIE, Tenn. – The No. 1 Bethel Lady Wildcats will host the No. 25 Lady Tigers of Georgetown College Saturday. Tip-off is slated for 1 p.m.
It will be Pepsi Mid-America/Dr. Pepper Day with special giveaways and a special presentation at halftime of the women's game introducing Derek Horne as the new "VP of Athletics." There will be a meet and greet between the games, and all are invited to welcome Mr. Horne to the University.
The Lady Wildcats are coming off a 74-67 win over No. 12 Cumberlands (KY). Bethel is 16-1 and 1-0 in MSC.
The Lady Cats are 8-0 at home on the year and 181-41 all-time at Crisp since it opened in 2012.
The Lady Tigers are coming off a 76-74 road loss at Freed-Hardeman. The Tigers are 15-2 and 0-1. GC is 0-1 in their lone road game.
