MOBILE, Ala. – The 2019 SSAC women's tennis awards were announced Friday, highlighted by Mobile's Emily Chang being named Player of the Year and Loyola's Kyle Russell being named Coach of the Year.
Bethel had six student-athletes named to the conference all-academic team. Rosselle Dorero, Elena Fochs, Taylor Daniels, Marcela Cordeiro, Allison Smash and Haley Cooper all excelled in the classroom.
Marcela Donatoni was named to the Musco Lighting Champion of Character team.
The Bethel team was awarded the Sportsmanship Award
