Volley Cats Fall to Lindsey Wilson on Senior Night

MCKENZIE, Tenn. – The Bethel Lady Wildcats played host to the Blue Raiders of Lindsey Wilson Friday night in Crisp Arena. It was Senior Night for Bethel.

Lilly Walker, Madison Hughes, Lexi McLaren, Gabby Dominguez, Dominika Skoneczna, and Sami Parker were honored in pre-game ceremonies.

LWC won 3-1 to improve to 24-8 and 11-0 in the MSC. Bethel dropped to 13-10 and 3-7. It was Bethel's third straight loss.

LWC won 25-23, 25-21, 22-25, and 25-13.

Bethel's Mackenzie McCammon had 14 assists and 10 digs. Skoneczna had 17 kills. Parker had 29 digs while Setareh Valibeygi had 21 assists. Dominguez finished with 18 digs. 

Coach Starla Cupples spoke about her seniors, "The coaching staff wants to thank these ladies for their hard work and for representing the university with high standards on and off the court. They will be missed in our daily lives, but we want them to know they will always be a part of our Wildcat family."

The Lady Cats host Campbellsville Saturday at noon.
