Volleyball Loses in Four Sets at Georgetown

GEORGETOWN, Ky. – The Bethel University Volleyball squad visited Georgetown Thursday in the last road match of the regular season. The Cats lost their second straight falling 3-1.

Georgetown won 25-19, 25-22, 25-14 and 25-17.

The Cats 1 dropped to 13-9 overall and 3-6 in the league.

The Tigers moved to 6-14 and 3-7.

Bright spots for Bethel included 17 assists by Setareh Valibeygi and 14 digs by Sami Parker.  

The teams met earlier this year with Bethel winning 3-2 in McKenzie on October 5.

Bethel is back in action Friday, November 1 hosting Lindsey Wilson at 6 p.m.
