Volley Cats Win Season Opener at UTS

PULASKI, Tenn. – The Bethel Lady Wildcats opened their volleyball season Friday night at UT-Southern in Pulaski tangling with the longtime rival Firehawks.

The Cats beat the Hawks 3-0 winning 25-13, 25-20 and 26-24.

Dominika Skoneczna led the Cats with 15 kills and 14 digs. Setareh Valibeygi had 25 assists. Sami Parker had another solid effort with 14 digs, Ava Donaldson had 11 digs and Gabriela Dominguez contributed 10 digs.  

The Cats are back in action Tuesday night with their home opener meeting Fisk University at 7 p.m.
