Volley Cats Win in Pikeville

PIKEVILLE, Ky. – The Bethel Volleyball team took a 3-1 win at Pikeville Friday night. With the victory, Bethel moved to 20-8 overall and 7-7 in the MSC. UPIKE dropped to 4-22 and 0-14.

Bethel has the best road record in the league at 10-2.

Bethel won 24-26, 25-21, 25-16, 25-14.

Dominika Skoneczna and Ashely Sommerfeld led the Cats with 15 kills each.

Nayeli Vilchez was outstanding with 42 assists. Sami Parker had 18 digs while Hannah McGowan followed with 13 digs.

The Lady Cats close out the regular season Saturday at Cumberlands (Ky.). Action begins at 5 p.m. CST
