Great Effort by Volley Cats Comes Up Short at TMU
CRESTVIEW HILLS, Ky. – The Bethel Lady Wildcats jumped out of the gate quickly at Thomas More Friday night with a 25-17 first set win. The Saints came right back with a 25-19 set two win and then won set three 25-15. In one of the best sets of the season, Bethel won a thriller in set four, 29-27. Despite the great effort by the Lady Cats, Thomas More would capture set five 15-12 and would win the match 3-2.
The Lady Wildcats fell to 7-6 and 1-5 in the MSC. TMU remained unbeaten at home (4-0) and improved to 18-3 and 6-2.
