Lady Cats Compete in Saluki Open

Carbondale, Ill. –The Bethel Lady Wildcats competed in the Saluki Open at Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois this weekend and finished seventh out seven teams at the meet.

There were several bright performances for the Bethel team. Jamesia Rippy finished sixth in the 60 M Dash with a mark of 8.24. In the 400 M Run Bethel's Reneisha Wallace was sixth at 1:00.33. Cyerra Sims finished tenth in the 800 M Run with a time of 2:55.79.

Sims, Rippy, Wallace and Bria Bowles placed seventh in the 4X400 M Relay with a time of 4:18.01.
