Mid-South Conference Announces Women’s Tennis Champions of Character Team
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The 2023 Mid-South Conference Women's Tennis Champions of Character team has been released, conference officials announced on Wednesday.
The MSC recognizes a Champions of Character Team for each championship sport. The student-athletes that are honored on the Champions of Character Team were nominated by their coaches based on their leadership on campus and in the community while demonstrating the five core character values of the NAIA.
Bethel's (Tenn.) Samantha Jo Stone, Campbellsville's (Ky.) Oriana Espinoza, Cumberland's (Tenn.) Kaede Hatano, Cumberlands' (Ky.) Tessa Gray, Freed-Hardeman's (Tenn.) Hannah Pearce, Georgetown's (Ky.) Madelyn Gill, Lindsey Wilson's (Ky.) Salome Sposetti, Pikeville's (Ky.) Katie Steib, Shawnee State's (Ohio) Lacey Urban, Tennessee Southern Emely Castro Nino and Thomas More's (Ky.) Kimberly Sabga were all honored with the recognition.
