Coach Derrick Hubble spoke about his seniors and their time together, "Today marks four years together with these outstanding student-athletes. It is a bittersweet day for me. I am sad but happy as well as I know these young people are about to embark on a new season of life. This is my first recruiting class and each of these young people will forever hold a special place in my heart."

Hubble added, "I recall the first time I spoke with each one. When they were freshman, I remember our teams got off to the best starts in ten years. Little did we know our seasons would be cut short by COVID-19. We have persevered however, and each has enjoyed success and the ups have overshadowed any lows we may have experienced. We have endured and I cannot find the words to tell each of these seniors how proud I am of them. It has been a fun ride and we feel it is not over. We feel we can make some noise in the conference championship."
