Lady Wildcats Sign Perry Couty Golf Standout
MCKENZIE, Tenn. -Bethel University Women's Golf Coach Larry Joe Smith announced the signing of Enzley Denton Thursday.
Enzley is the daughter of Patrick and Kim Enzley and will major in Business.
Denton played all four years at Perry County (TN) High School and was named to the all-district and all-region teams each season.
Enzley placed 17th in the TSSAA State Tournament her junior season. She was medalist numerous times during her prep career.
Off the links, Denton excelled as she was top five in her senior class. She was Beta Club President, Vice-President of her senior class and editor of the yearbook. Enzley was the recipient of the DAR Good Citizen Award.
Denton feels her greatest strengths are her love and respect for the game, her positive attitude, and her work ethic.
Coach Smith commented, "We are pleased and excited to add Enzley to our program." She is an outstanding golfer and student. She fits the model of exactly what we are looking for as a student-athlete, and we look forward to working with her."
