Women’s Golf Mounts Big Comeback & Wins FHU Fall Invitational
HENDERSON, Tenn. – The Bethel women's golf team pulled off a stunner coming from 17 shots down at one point to capture the Freed-Hardeman Fall Invitational which concluded Tuesday at the Chickasaw Golf Club in Henderson, Tennessee.
The Cats competed with nine other teams in the two-day event. The squads squared off on the par 72, 5, 804 yard lay-out.
Bethel shot 336, 317 to finish with a team total of 653. The Cats were plus 77. Each Lady Cat improved their score from day one.

Coach Larry Joe Smith was proud of his team's effort and play, "I am extremely proud of these young ladies, charging back from 17 down was impressive.
