Coach Chris Nelson spoke about the loss. "This was a tough road loss. I feel like we showed flashes of how tough we can be. We are a good team trying to be great. I thought it was a combination of things in the first half. They hit some tough shots with the shot clock expiring, then we turned it over a few times that led to buckets to start the second half. They are a very efficient team, and it showed tonight when we left a shooter and even showed when we were there to contest. We have every reason to be frustrated but have to see the right now and understand we have so much to play for in the next few weeks ahead."
Bethel returns to play February 20 with a home date versus Georgetown. Action gets underway at 5:30 p.m. in Crisp Arena.
