Coach Chris Nelson commented, "I am really proud of our team for coming together here on the road in a tough and great atmosphere at a Dillard. We battled throughout the game but couldn't ever get control of the game until midway through the fourth. Aylia struggled with foul trouble and an ankle sprain in the first half but responded in the second half. Kalynn was steady for us handling the basketball and had some key drives late. Keely and Madison made some timely buckets throughout the game and carried us offensively. This is big road win for our young team."

Bethel returns home to meet Shawnee State Thursday. It will be the conference opener and will tip-off at 5:30 p.m.
