Softball Gets Back on Track with Sweep of William Woods
MCKENZIE, Tenn. – The Bethel Lady Wildcats found their hitting groove Friday afternoon and as a result snapped a five- game losing streak with a doubleheader sweep of visiting Willam Woods. The Cats had struggled from the plate dropping four recent games in Gulf Shores, Alabama.
Bethel won game one 10-2 in five innings and 8-4 in game two. The twenty runs came after Bethel pounded out 16 hits and William Woods committed three errors on the day.

Bethel moved to 5-5 on the season while the Owls dropped to 5-11. WWU has lost seven of their last eight games.
Bethel returns to action Sunday traveling to Kentucky Wesleyan for a doubleheader beginning at 1 p.m. The doubleheader was originally scheduled for Saturday.
