Mid-South Conference Announces Softball Academic Awards

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. - A total of 121 Mid-South Conference softball student-athletes earned Academic All-Conference honors, the conference office announced on Monday.

In order to be nominated by an institution, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.25 on a 4.0 scale and must be in their third term or fourth quarter.

Pikeville (Ky.) led the way with 19 honorees while Cumberlands (Ky.) had the second most in the conference with 16. Bethel University had nine players earn awards.
