César Saker Arruda
Born on February 24th in Brazil, César Saker Arruda began his soccer journey playing for several renowned youth clubs, including Nacional, Grêmio, and Mauaense. At 17, he made the life-changing decision to move to the United States, where he completed his high school education at Layton Christian Academy.
Upon graduation, César was recruited by Coach Mark Davis to play for Salt Lake Community College. He spent one year as a student-athlete and then transitioned into a broader role with the program, serving for two additional years as an assistant coach. During this time, César contributed across multiple areas beyond coaching — including social media management, nutritional coordination, and equipment oversight — demonstrating a well-rounded commitment to the team’s success on and off the field.
