Bethel’s Camargo Named MSC Defensive Player of the Week

Bowling Green, Ky- Cumberland University's Marcos Perez (Offensive) and Bethel University's Diego Camargo (Defensive), earned Mid-South Conference Pinnacle Financial Services Player of the Week honors.

Diego Camargo – Bethel (Tenn.) – Fr. – Goalie – Bogota, Columbia

• Camargo had three key saves in the Wildcat 1-0 win over Cumberlands to keep them at 7-1-3 overall, and 2-0 in conference play.
• He has only allowed 6 goals this whole year while starting and playing the entirety of each game this season. 
• Camargo now earns this honor for the second time this season, as Bethel has earned this honor for the third time this season.
