Bethel's Vieira Named MSC Men's Defensive Soccer Player of the Week

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Bethel's Norberto Lima Vieira is the Mid-South Conference Men's Defensive Soccer Player of the Week, conference officials said Monday.

• Vieira had six key saves in the #13 Wildcats' 1-0 win over the #19 Patriots of the University of the Cumberlands.
• It was the senior's fifth shutout of the year.
• This is the second MSC weekly honor of the season and sixth of Vieira's career.
• Vieira is the al-time leader in saves in program history.
