Mid-South Conference Men's Basketball Academic Awards Announced
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. - Sixty-four Mid-South Conference men's basketball student-athletes earned Academic All MSC honors, conference officials announced on Thursday.
Seven Bethel Wildcats earned honors.
Bethel's Drew Thomas was named Bethel's Champion of Character Award winner.
In order to be nominated by an institution, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.25 on a 4.0 scale and must have achieved at least sophomore academic status.
Freed-Hardeman (Tenn.) and Lindsey Wilson (Ky.) each had 10 student-athletes earn the honor. Bethel (Tenn.) had seven honorees while Cumberlands (Ky.) and Tennessee Southern each had six.
