Baseball Sweeps Weekend Series at Brewton-Parker

Mount Vernon, GA – The Bethel Wildcats swept their three-game series at Brewton-Parker over the weekend. The Cats won Friday 13-2 and 7-6. They were victorious Saturday 12-5.

There were no stats provided for the last two games of the series.

In game one Friday Bethel's bats were hot throughout the rout. Colin Roberts had a homer and drove in four runs. Gabriel Matias drove in three runs while Coby Poston went deep and drove in two runs. Christian Padin and Kendall Adkisson each had two RBI's. Trevor Bishop picked up the win. The Wildcats had 13 hits in the game.

The Wildcats moved to 16-12 overall and 5-4 in the SSAC. BPU fell to 7-23 and 0-12.
